"That's good. I bet the guy who shot crows from his hand probably helped with that, huh?" she asks with a smile, because she is glad to hear that Elizabeth got out without being stung, but it's not like she can just totally ignore what she saw. Besides, it's not like she's judging. She's seen so much weird shit between the island and Darrow that Elizabeth's friend having a totally insane talent almost seems like a return to normal in some ways.
Plus, it would feel weird keeping that from her. Kate's totally fine with lying most of the time, but she doesn't like to just avoid stuff if it's not going to benefit her in any way.
