Elizabeth nodded, not pushing her insistence she was fine alone beyond that. If he wanted to keep her company, she was glad to have it. Honestly, as much as it felt like things were ruined, she was glad to be doing anything. That she was doing it with someone she did consider a friend, - or something like it - made it all the better.
She got Oliver into the back seat before closing the door and sliding onto the seat. It felt strangely over-sized compared to how it usually was.
